Bidirectional buffer ckt?

Hi all
This may seem simple but i am just not able to figure it out.

I want to drive an I/O bus (8 bit) from a MCU. The Port pins are bidirectional but how do i buffer the MCU port to make the driver ckt bidirectional as well?
Any help is appreciated

You need a 3-state bus transceiver.

Hello again

I missed a very important point.I need a current driving capability of 100mA @ 24v for each bit . My MCU has Vdd=3.3v
So its imperative that i use a driver which can be discrete or if some CMOS IC which can do such a thing?

I am trying to draw a logic for a transistor driver as well
