BFSK Baseband Constellation

What should the constellation diagram for a BFSK Baseband signal look like ?

I was expecting to see 2 points overlapping to 1 point on the real (or in phase, I ) axis, with a modulus of 1.

However SIMULINK tells me I should see one on the real axis and another in the first (positive) quadrant at an angle of pi/10 ?
