I've used TBS Circuits in the past but they don't offer assembly services for SMD components. Does anyone know of a place that will manufacture PCBs and solder all SMD components onto the PCB?

Yeah!! Round the corner from me... Bit of a trek for you though... Seriously, I don't think they do INTL' shipping
