battery voltage monitoring IC'S

Deat all,
I have a LI-ION battery of 9 V.I want to monitor its voltage .When it reaches to 7V i need to give indication to controller.
Any idea would be helpful.

You could easily do it with a comparator, or there are plenty of specific battery monitoing chips available.
