Could you please elaborate more.

First you have to program the boot loader into flash using a regular programmer.

Once you have done that you can use the boot loader to program other parts of flash memory.

I hv a question that that boot loader program we write with our own or it is unique.

you can either write your own, or use some famous bootloader available on the web
