Audio Player Circuit...

Hello! I am new to this forum and really new to the world of circuits.. I need to build or buy a circuit for a friend, and this circuit needs to play an audio file and then jump back to the beginning of the file when someone hits the pause button. Is there a way to do this? I am hooking it up to my friends Harley since he wants a VERY loud horn. Thanks, Jim
