Assembler Directives and Operators Confusion

It gave me a message about "reaching my limit". I'm not a google member and have cookies and many other features turned off etc.

I expect you have a google membership and the cookie automatically recognised you as a "google customer" and gave you a better standard of service than an anonymous guest?

I have a gmail account and can see about 200 pages.
