Usually when I have external voltages feeding the inputs of my atmega uC and I want to protect against overvoltage and negative voltages I use a dual schottky (BAT54S) with one end tied to +5V and the other to ground.
In my current project I need to have 10 inputs protected like this and I was wondering if there was some kind of dual schottky diode array IC so I don't have to have as many discrete components on the pcb. Any tips?
