This is a transmitter that uses the cheap 422Mhz RF modules available at places like Oatley Electronics,SparkFun,Adafruit etc plugged into an Arduino ATMega328 board and some Dallas one wire temperature sensors DS20B type and reports temperature readins in various areas back to a remote receiver.
You need to get the Arduino IDE to run this and program your chip . Watch the antenna length. It should be 170mm (6 3/4 ") for the 433 Mhz . You have to run the transmitter on 12 volts if its able to get any distance as they are very low power. 6volts they go out to about 100 feet but one brick wall in the way appears to stop the signal
