Anyone aware of a replacement IC as described

I am looking for

NJU7660D Charge pump I found one at one site in stock however they have a $30 min order It appears this is a discontinued IC at digikey and mouser

The 7660 is a widely used chip I use the ICL7660

I should have asked whether the TS needs voltage conversion to negative or voltage doubling.

There is a direct replacement for the ICL7660. It is the LT1054CN8 by Linear Technology and the LT1054CP by Texas Instruments.

NJR is New Japan Radio. Maybe they do not copy the American ICL7660 anymore.
Why not use the original one? Digikey has through hole, surface mount and maybe 100,000 of them in stock today.

All you need is a 7660 - it's a standard part, the first letters are just the manufacturer.
