Any tool for prototyping SMD?

I am using RTL8019AS (100L QFP - 14x20mm**2). Pls suggest me any tool that i could use for prototyping it. thanks!

That is a large package to do in prototyping. Generally I would get a cheap board made and use that. But if you want to avoid that approach, i would try to minimize the number of pins with connections and then solder wire wrap (kynar) type wire directly to the pins and then secure the package to a protoboard with double-sticky tape, epoxy, hot glue, etc.
