I you're going to post images, then post them HERE, not on another site - click on 'Go Advanced' and 'Manage Attachments'.

Aslo, don't post diagrams as poor quality large JPG's, post them as perfect quality GIF or PNG, which are also MUCH smaller than JPG.
 
The images are very confusing, could you explain what you mean by "correct"?

in the first image, the variable resistor is connected to the positive of the power supply, is this to vary the dc voltage?

on the second one, the variable resistor can cause a short circuit if adjusted all the way to 0 ohm (left or right, depends on how you connected it). also the indicator circuit and switch are in series with the supply, the switch and fuse should be the only things in series, the indicator should be in parallel or you may not get enough current to get the circuit working.

The first two wiring diagrams are confusing because the OP doesn't have a clue about how to connect a volume control, even when it is shown in the schematic.
