Your question is totally meaningless!. An EPROM simply stores data, usually 8 bit, so each location can be between 0-255.
Try asking again, and give more details - if storing programming in the EPROM you need to specify what processor it's for, or if using it simply as a data store, you need to specify what the data is for. A common use of EPROM's used to be for storing patterns for light sequencing uints.
