i need a diode for very small voltage drop

i have an question, like we have a general diode which having 0.7V voltage drop and 5V reverse breakdown voltage.

we have input source with AC 6V connect parallel with first general diode and parallel with second general diode. the two general diode is reverse polarity between each other.

then we measured the voltage of the 2nd general diode. theoretically the output should 5V. because it is act as a voltage limiter, it is correct?

If you have two 5V zener diodes connected in parallel and they have opposite polarities then they clamp the voltage to 0.7V in each polarity. They will not have reverse breakdown.
If you have two 4.3V zener diodes in series and they have opposite polarity then they clamp the voltage to 5V in each polarity.

A zener diode has a leakage current when the reverse voltage is less than its breakdown voltage. The max leakage current is listed on its datasheet.
