analog connection for converting single ended to differential

There is a circuit I built which inputs a differential and outputs differential present in Ltspice schematics. I want this circuit to input a single ended signal. Is there some active component or certain active configuration with this component which will transform single ended AC signal into differential signal? Thanks.

With any true differential input circuit, you can just connect one input to the common of the single ended signal, and the other input to the signal.

Use the circuit you have and ground one input, in other words.

"Differential" means is takes the difference between any two signal connections you feed it.

A single-ended signal has that "difference" between it's common/screen/0v etc. and the actual signal point.
Those two connect directly. Adding components just over-complicates things and is likely to reduce the output accuracy.

The only reason to add a balanced output circuit is for connections between different pieces of equipment using long cables, where the noise or EM pickup on the connecting cable needs to be nulled out, or there can be ground noise.
