I am working on something, and I had a doubt, can I use "bc107" instead of 2n3904????

in most cases yes. Without seeing the circuit it is difficult to tell for definite, but in general, Yes.

The continuous current is a lot less.... The 2n3904 has 200mA the bc107 is only 100mA...
