F fastline Member Mar 21, 2011 #1 Looking at a power supply in a Toshiba TV. In testing power components for obvious shorts, Pretty much all of these conduct at 0 ohms between pins 1 and 3. Looking at the diagram, it looks like they should not.

C carmusic New Member Mar 21, 2011 #2 well they may measure 0 ohm depending of other parts connected to it, the only real way to test it is to unsolder at least one pin of it
