Advice on reasonable priced pic dev kit/board wanted

Thanks for the information, it seems I was missing some documentation! Much easier with the compiled list. I think the compiler docs are pretty good and the individual device h files for devices at least give you a rough idea of commands.
Does anyone know where you can buy cheapo click boards? preferably not presoldered

Yes sorry that is the kind of thing, I was wondering if you could buy the blank pim and those click boards and add your own processor's etc.
I would like to try small soldering
