Greetings:

I have an old jukebox that works but the AC cord needs replacing. The existing wiring is for a 2 wire cord but I want to add a ground wire. I am interested in anyone who has information that would help me accomplish this. Thanks in advance for any assistance,

KWayne

Why do you need to add a ground? Is the jukebox not double insulated? If it required a ground, surely it would have been fitted as original equipment.

Any part of the metal housing of the Box that can be touched by the user is sufficient for grounding.

Hi kwayne,
I would also connect the ground wire to the metal frame of the jukebox.
That's pretty much standard practice.
