First at all, i used a music as my input pass thought a 4kHZ low pass filter and go into ADC,so i would like to know about is that this MCU can sampling the voltage or not. The voltage of music is around how much?

Can i know the minimun voltage of Vref+ ?

Can i know the maximun ampere of VDD and ADC??

i cant get the Vref+.....can you tell me?? And for the sampling rate,is that my circuit can word?

Use 5V for Vref, as it's a non-critical application - you need to sample about 10,000 times a second for a 4KHz filter, easily done.

Simply amplify the audio to give LESS than 5V p-p, centered around 2.5V DC.
