ACER AND LG PROJECTOR

Hi
I just received acer dlp projector, when you power it on instead of coming on it will be blinking red and blue and it will not turn on, the model is acer x110p, I also have LG Bx30c once you power on projector the background color display only green any help please if possible service manual is welcome
