AC162050 thingymajingy for ICD2

Does anyone know what i need to program a 12f628 with the ICD2?

I guess i need to make a adapter.
And there is something called a AC162050 programmingadaptor but i cant figure out how to wire it. cos the diagram says to use a 18 pin socket but it dosent look like a 8 pin PIC will get enought power or power at all
