Is their any PIC chip gives an AC output I,V & P?

I found PIC16F877A but it gives DC (I,V &P)

I would suggest you try posting exactly what you're trying to do, your question is extremely vague and makes little sense.
 
It might be easier for us to understand if you explained your intended application. Are you intending to monitor the AC power line?...a solar panel?...a battery?...???
