I've got a ploblem in reading VR'S some of them named 102, 203
is this means 102-1k,203-20k or means 102 -102 ohms

Your first interpretation is correct - 102 is 1000 ohms, and 203 is 20k.

The third digit is the multiplier, 1 = x10, 2 = x100, 3 = x1000 etc etc
