Sure. Back when I used it, it was known as Cool Edit by Syntrillium Software. Even though I used the limited free version, it was really quite an amazing piece of software, although it had support for only one track at a time, offline destructive processing, and no proper input/output support. Adobe bought it several years ago, renamed it to Audition, and have since upgraded and improved its capabilities quite extensively.
