a circuit that can replace a fuse working at 100 mA-2A (AC).

Hi, i am student and i have to find a circuit that can replace a fuse working at 100 mA-2A using A.C current...does anyone know something about it?

Yeah, in both forums. Perhaps they are all the same person?
Unfortunately, they (he? she?) are looking for a simple solution to a not-so-simple problem. There was a link to one schematic posted previously, but I looked at it, and it had a part number omitted and at least one obvious error.
