90 degrees phase shifter using OTA

I want a phase shifter circuit of 90 degrees using orthogonal transcinductance amplifier. The purpose of this phase shifter is, it can be used in SSB modulation & demodulation. Any ideas on how to proceed and design the circuit. Thanks in advance.

For what frequency range do you need the 90° shift?

From 100hz to 10Khz and another for 1 Mhz to 10 Mhz,,,,
