74163/7447 12 hour clock

Hello,

I have completed the SECOND and MINUTE section of a 12 hour digital clock using 7490/7447, but I am stuck with the HOUR section. Can anybody help me out with the problem using 74163/7447?

I will be thankful for helping me complete my project.

Here is a divide by 12 circuit. The attachment shows a 74161, but the 74161 and the 74163 are the same.
