60 kHz IC receiver or transceiver

I am looking for a very cheap receiver or transceiver to integrate into my board that is capable of listening to the WWVB 60 kHz pulses sending global time. I am specifically looking for the cheapest, smallest, lowest power consuming device, but have yet to find anything that suits my requirements. Please let me know if you have any information in this regard.
