Is it possible to trigger a 555 timer to shoot 10 times in one second than automatically add like 4 or 5 more shots without touchign the trigger? All of this happening in 1 second.

Yes, you'll need two 555s or a dual one. The first one "shoots" pulses 10x a second while the 2nd one triggers the 1st for 1.4 to 1.5 seconds. You trigger the 2nd...
EDIT:
You will most likely have to adjust the value of R3 (Due to component tolerances) if you want an exact number of pulses after you release the trigger.
