555 ic

:D hello to all who answered,

here's my guess to his question "why configure 555 into astable, mono, and bi"

guess 1. why is the design of this ic configured to funtion as astable, mono and bi.

guess 2. can it be used to function other than the above mentioned?

am so thankful i have stop formal schooling so many years back, i am lazy to do indepth research, would just like to depend on what people will say. no offense meant to anyone.
