4017 decade counter question

the decade counter has many outputs on it but if i put my main VCC at 9V dc what will my output voltage be on the outputs? thanks guys

A low (0) is 0 volts.
A high (1) is 9 volts.

The output will only be nearly 9v if the current you are delivering from the output is about 10mA or less.
