29v0002tn Datasheet Or Cross?

hi friends, i searched long time about this flash memory. i can`t find any text. what kind of flash or datasheet, cross or equal. I think this product from fujitsu but there arent at fujitsu global pages too. this flash tsop48 type. on the flash there are F letter
Someone can help me pls?
