24 volt mot power supply

I am wanting to build a 24volt power supply with all the amps I can get. I want to use on my mig welder it's battery powered but would very helpful if I could ur a power supply when near 110 volt Fri the house

I'm try to figure what size wire and how much of it for my secondary. I have an older one with a good copper primary coil. So I hope there is room and all. Anyone be able to steer me in the right direction
