Just about any general purpose diode...
 
or a 1SS133 might be easier to find.......
 
Please tell us where your town is. It is impossible to find a replacement without knowing where you are shopping. For most of us, 1N914/1N4148 is the most common diode made today.

Any signal or switching diode that meets the PIV and Ifwd spec's.
 
Some people really like to compicate. Take any of these:

BAW62, BAW76, BAX95, 1N4148..9, 1N4446..49
 
If the OP cannot get 1N914 or 1N4148, he is unlikely to find the others. :(

If he's really desperate, almost any little two-legged piece of glass from the pcb of a discarded electronic item is probably suitable. :rolleyes: The end with the black band is the cathode. :eek:
