16f628 datasheet - timer1 prescalar values

I cant download the datasheet from the microchip site for a pic16f628 (I wish I had kept it now instead of viewing it online) I just get the error "the document contains no data".

I am meant to be looking up how to adjust the prescalar on the Timer1 module.

Can somone tell me which register adjusts the t1 prescalar, and what kind of values give an overflow time of about 1ms. Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Alterntatively If someone knows where I can get the datasheet on another site without the need to register then this would be helpful.
