12F508 same as 12C508 firmware?

Simple question really, aside from one being flash and the other nmos are they 100% code compatable?

I believe they both use the 33 instruction 12-bit core but I would compare Data Sheets just to be sure...

They are the same software wise.

Yes both are same software wise. The only difference between the two is that 12C508 has OTP memory while 12F508 has flash.
