What should i change here in order to make an output of 100W with an 8-ohm load keeping the vcc 35V**broken link removed** .

For Vcc = 35V, the maximum peak voltage to the load for that circuit is less than 70Vpp. That gives less than 75W into an 8-ohm load. So if you want 100W (which is only 1.25dB more) you need to either increase the voltage or go to a bridge amplifier type of circuit (where both terminals of the speaker are driven out-of-phase). That can theoretically increase the power by 4 times. But note that the amplifier now has to be able to deliver twice the current to the load.

The amplifier from Rod Elliot's site is rated for 60W into 8 ohms. 100W will sound only a small amount louder.
