Hi.
The IC XB4301D (attached) is a "One Cell Lithium-ion/Polymer Battery Protection IC" and there are many chinese companies producing this kind of protection ICs for 1-cell li-ion.
It is placed beetween a Li-Ion and a power supply input.
Some of its features are:
- Battery Overdischarge Protection (UVLO)
- Only One External Capacitor Required (Good)
- Overcharge Current Protection
- Over-temperature Protection
- Ultra-small SOT23-5 Package
Somebody know similar ICs, but produced by an know company like texas, national ST, linear technology????
If it uses only one external component like XB4301D do and have at least battery overdischarge protection (UVLO) function is enough for me.
