Helloo does anyone know how to explain what each parts are for like the capacitors/resistors? And is there any theoretical equations present to possibly solve the values?

Here is the circuit. This is a "two channel flasher" which lightens up one led after the other, in a cycle.
What I don't understand is, how does the interconnection of the transistors work? As in, how do they provide feedback to each other's base? Is this the root of the cycling behavior or...
