Hello Ron, thank you for the Mosfet recomendation. Just curious, do you know if there is a ECG or NTE replacement for the Zetex ZVN4424A ?
I live in Central America, and usually ECG and NTE are the brands I know the electronic shop carry.
I also was looking on my 1996 ECG Master...
Sorry if I dont reply earlier but as was bussy with customers. People are buying for christmas season
I want to thank you for your help. Its there is a web were I can found more info about MOSFETs? Like some projects usijng MOSFET?
Can you post a diagram using MOSFETs for my...
The relay that I saw inside the module I want to interface is very small and I pretty sure I saw a print on top of the relay that say 200 ohm.
Maybe I am wrong and it was a part numbert.
Ok, let do the following. Forget about the relay. lets asume I want to drive the base of the...
At the present time I am using a 1K 1/4 watt Resistor and Its working OK with 12V but NOT with 3V. So thats why I dont think is going to work with a 3.3K
I call the electronic shop and they guy sugest me to use a R of 100ohm thats why I ask you about the 100 ohm..
What you think...
The relay has a contant +12V at one end of the coil the other end of the coil is the one I want to triguer with 0V that the Collector will output. (NPN 2N3904 Transistor )
What I need is to triguer the transistor base with a voltage from +3V to +12V so I need to put a R to limit the current...
I am using a NPN transistor 2N3904 to triguer a small relay
This is what I have: Emiter is conected to ground, Collector is the negative output that will triguer the relay and what I need to find is a value of R that I can use on the Base in order that it will work "FROM" +3V to +12V...
I am using a 555 in my project. I am not using the Discharge pin neither the Treshold pin.
Do I really have to put this pins to ground?
In my project the 555 is working perfectly without these pins conected.
Whats your advise.

I will going to use this schematic I find......... I going to regulated to 5 volts and on the regulated output I going to install a electrolitic cap 2,200uF/35V...... What you people think?? https://www.eleinmec.com/figures/020_02.gif
Also what is the best way to shield my project? Is...
Well, I dont have a diagram. But is a CMOS INVERTER with a CMOS AND gate and a monostable 555. Is work perfectly on the bench with a 12 volts battery but in the car it get gliches or spikes from the electrical car circuits.
Do you think I have to put some type of Regulator so it work with 5...
I am using a circuit in my car that include some CMOS logic gates and 555 timers.
I know this chips work OK within 3 to 15 Volts.
The projects work perfectly in my bench with a 12 volt battery BUT when I conect it with the battery from the car it work ok until I actvate a switch in the car...
Do any body know who distribute or sell in USA a 20 pin conectors plug like the one this alarm module have?
Check the white big male plug at the right of the black module.
