I reckon this could be Ideal candidate for the Pi Pico as that has programmable core pin outputs.
Pico's can be programmed in the arduino environment and are around £5

When I first looked at the code The CLC out is multiplexed, when its a one the clock is the high at 637 ( which is a bit too small) and the low is derived from the CCP .. But the SDO is in gate 2 and gate 4 but the CLCPOLCON was set to gate 4.. I set it to gate 2 ( same as the coments ) maybe...

You need 800khz 0.8us and .035us for a 1 and 0.35us and 0.8us for a 0.. +- 150ns total 1.25us for the period.
The B versions need a 300us rest, but the A needs a 50us rest..
