It occured to me just now that maybe a lot of people were looking for a website like this but never found it:

It has a bunch of scripts and tweaks and things like that to fix, clear, and clean up various things in windows like Most Recent Lists, File Associations, Open WIth Lists, Resetting the state of the Screen Saver Power Schemes, removing unchecked programs off MSConfig startup and tons of other little things like that.
In the past whenever I wanted to do something like that I'd go Google and I'd always end up back at this website. Just now I wanted to clear the garbage on my Open With Lists when you click on files and Google led me straight back to this website once again!
So I thought I should just post it.
