PC Tv Tunner Sunwin SM-230S

Salam friends, i am having the sunwin tv tunner. There are two problems, first is, that The audio is completely gone. Either it dont play the voice via its own built in speaker, nor with the external amplified speakers.Its speaker is okay. I took the card to a repair shop, but they said its processor (may be they mean IC) is damaged, thats why the sound is gone. But i dont agree with them. 2nd problem is that when it is connected with the monitor, it dont display the picture. may be its problem with the monitor cable. With the tv its ok, but audio is not.
So plz tell me the solution. i am really affraid about it bcoz i cant buy another.

So then find one! You can disagree as much as you want if you can't find an answer and no one suggests one then there isn't one.
Don't come here for help, get an answer that you don't agree with and then argue. There are already plenty of people that do that.
