Multiplex brain teaser

Mike in our words he is doing a 4 digits multiplex with a frame rate of 100Hz.

Even at 60Hz I cannot see any flicker.

Mr RB have you ever stand in front of a LED signboard & watch this scenario? How was the flicker? :D
