Hi, I would just like to ask on how to use the MCP2155 controller. based on the data sheet, once we want to establish an IR link, we just have to monitor on the DSR pin and once it is low, then it means that a link has been established.
So far, we have done the procedures given on the datasheet and on the application note but we cannot still establish the link. Basically, the CTS pin is ON and also the DSR pin is also high.
Does anyone know how to do it step by step on how to establish an IR link? We are first testing it on the breadboard to see if it is working or not and we are also using an oscilloscope to monitor the output at TXIR.
