I have some IRF4905 and IRFZ44 and I am not sure uf they are good , any ideas how to check them ???

Usually , but not allways ..while looking at the part numbers ..
from left to right it is Gate Drain Source..

although on guick inspection of the spec sheet .. they dont say...

I had some smoke on my dc controller and changed all transistors , and now I want to check if some of them still good . That is the question .

You can often do a "quick and dirty" test of most transistors and FET's with a DMM that has a diode test function.
