ICSP or Bootloading used?

Hey,
I've been doing a little research on bootloading and ICSP. I have a circuit board, that I believe was programmed with one of the two. There is a header on the board, but Im not sure which type to use or where to get appropriate programmer.

The header looks like this:

that's for ICSP. check out sparkfun.com

they have a serial port ICSP programmer for like 8 bucks and all you'd need to do is wire it up to your board.
