I need circuit diagram for the 3 horse power DC Drive. If any one have circuit diagram and any links please post here...

DC drive?? for which kind of DC motor? shunt or series etc? there are many ways to control DC motors like terminal voltage control or field current control etc,each application require different circuit for drive.

you do realize you are talking about a 240V 15A motor don't you?

you are talking about a 20A diode bridge, 1000uF of VERY low impeadance 400V caps, and a 30A IGBT... and that is before you even get strarted

Or a simple as a phase controlled lamp dimmer followed by a bridge rectifier, obviously not as good but it'll work.
