I guess the company name has now changed from Protel to Altium because the old website redirects to the new one ( www.protel.com )
The new PCB software is called P-Cad. You can get it here http://www.altium.com/pcad/trial/

I recommend Eagle PCB myself. I tried the demo of it a few yrs back and it was pretty ugly, crashed every 15 min at least. Eagle isn't just cheap, it's good.
